Roger Miller - Head Coach

Coach Miller begins his first year at New Castle High School as the Head Girls Basketball Coach. Coach Miller has coached for over thirty years in the Trojan basketball program. He started in the 7^th grade and has coached at each level and now is very excited to lead the Lady Trojans. Coach Miller played on the state finalist Vincennes Lincoln Alices in 1968. He graduated from Vincennes University and Indiana State University and has a master degree from Ball State University. He is a two time teacher of the year. Coach Miller credits his wife Terry as being a very supportive wife for his longevity in coaching. Terry retired from the New Castle Public Library in September of 2011. Coach Miller has 3 children; Scott, Brandon, and Lindsey. Scott is an Optometrist in Noblesville and is married to Amanda and has two children Addison and Abigail. Brandon is a pharmaceutical salesman in Bloomington and is married to Holly and has two children Mason and Michael. Lindsey is a nurse in Evansville and is married to Joe Morrison and they have two children Bryce and Maria. All three of Millers children were All North Central Conference basketball players at New Castle High School
